By 5am on your service day. Peninsula routes run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; East Bay routes run Thursday and Saturday; Marin is served every day with a 5–7am pickup window.
When do my items come back?
On your next service day — Peninsula Monday→Wednesday→Friday, East Bay Thursday↔Saturday. In Marin, same-day return is the standard Mon–Fri & Sun (not Saturdays; Saturday pickups return Monday afternoon). Rush earliest Monday by 10 AM.
Where should I leave the bag?
Anywhere accessible at your front door — porch, doorstep, or with your doorman. Tell us once and your driver follows the same routine every time.
