Kind, caring, personalized service, and how great to have your laundry picked up early in the morning and returned hours later fresh and clean at your front door. Mark especially helped me out after a recent mishap with my washing machine. As someone who can't tolerate chemical fragrance laundry products, I'm so appreciative that they use unscented detergent - or you can provide your own. I tried a number of places - one never picked up, one never responded, one acted like they were doing me the biggest favor in the world by taking my laundry. Mark’s Wash and Fold is a breath of fresh air Mark answered the phone, explained everything to me, and made it quite easy. That same day he picked up my laundry and the following day it was back clean and folded! The customer service is great, and I can check laundry off my list now.
