Built for towels that never stop coming
A campus gym or office locker room does not generate a household laundry load. It generates a pile — bath towels, hand towels, workout towels — every day employees train, shower, and go back to their desk. Facilities teams should not be running those towels through a break-room washer, waiting on a linen vendor that only quotes hotels, or hoping someone on staff “handles it.”
Mark's already runs a Monday / Wednesday / Friday pickup-and-delivery route through this corridor. Towel bags go on that truck. They come back washed, dried, folded, and stacked, ready to restock the gym. The service is reliable and consistent: same operator, same fold, same days. It is also on-demand — there is no long contract. Recurring M/W/F is simply the rhythm that matches how the route already works.
What we wash
Gym & fitness towels
Workout towels, bath sheets, and the daily stack from an employee gym or wellness center.
Locker-room & shower towels
Full-size bath towels and hand towels from office showers — the volume that actually fills bags.
Wellness & kitchen linens
Hand towels, kitchen towels, and extra wash-and-fold from the same building, same pickup.
Household bath towels and Airbnb linens use the same $3.95/lb wash & fold. See towel laundry for homes and the Airbnb host page if that is the job — this page is for campus and office volume.
Wash and fold, pickup and delivery — the whole job
This is a laundry service, not a storefront. There is no counter to drive to in Palo Alto. A driver collects the bags and brings them back. Wash and fold is the product: towels come out clean, dry, folded the same way, stacked so a gym attendant can restock without re-folding.
*Free pickup and delivery above the $50 order minimum — a campus towel bag typically qualifies. No storefront drop-off.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday — plus on-demand
The Peninsula truck already runs three days a week from Millbrae through San Mateo, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Redwood City, and Redwood Shores. That is the backbone. Faster options sit on top of it.
Standard
Mon · Wed · Fri
Bags out by 5am. Returned next service day: Monday → Wednesday, Wednesday → Friday, Friday → Monday. This is how most gyms stay stocked without thinking about it.
Faster
Next-day
Afternoon pickup, delivery the following afternoon. Use it when a wellness room ran hot or a second bag showed up after the morning truck.
When you need it
Same-day · on-demand
Same-day is available if the route can take it — text 415-200-4313 and Mark will say yes or give you the next window. Extra pickups are on-demand. No contract.
Text 415-200-4313
Building, dock or gym-door notes, first Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
Bags out by 5am
Gym towels, locker-room towels, extra wash & fold — one pickup.
Folded & delivered
Stacked and ready to restock. Next route day, or sooner when arranged.
Reliable. Consistent. Non-scented. Hypoallergenic.
The four things facilities teams actually notice after the second week — not the first brochure.
Reliable
The truck comes on the days we said. If a building needs an extra stop, you text Mark — the founder, not a ticket queue.
Consistent
Same fold, same stack, same clean. Gym attendants should not have to re-fold a vendor's work before it goes on the shelf.
Non-scented
Unscented detergent is standard. Locker rooms and shared gyms should not smell like someone else's fabric softener.
Hypoallergenic
Gentle, hypoallergenic wash is the default for skin that just left a workout. Send your own product if the building specifies one.
Where the Peninsula towel route actually goes
Electronic Arts is headquartered at 209 Redwood Shores Parkway in Redwood City — Redwood Shores, not downtown Palo Alto. The campuses that sit on that bay-side stretch, plus Stanford Research Park and downtown Palo Alto, are the geography this page is for. Mark's already runs senior-living pickups in Palo Alto on the same Monday / Wednesday / Friday truck, so the route is real, not a wish list.
Palo Alto
Downtown, Stanford Research Park, Sand Hill, Charleston / San Antonio. Office gyms and locker rooms on the Mon/Wed/Fri Peninsula route.
Menlo Park
Downtown, Sand Hill, Belle Haven. Same truck as Menlo Park dry cleaning & wash and fold.
Redwood Shores & Redwood City
Redwood Shores Parkway campus corridor and Seaport. Gym and locker-room bags from offices along the bay, including the stretch around Electronic Arts and Oracle.
Also on this route
San Mateo, Hillsborough, Burlingame, Millbrae — same days, same $3.95/lb.
We do not publish client names. If you manage facilities for a campus in this corridor, the signup is the same as everyone else's: text or the Peninsula signup page. Mark maps the building to the truck.
Questions facilities teams actually ask
Who does gym towel laundry in Palo Alto?
Mark's Wash & Fold. We pick up gym towels, locker-room towels, and office wellness towels in Palo Alto, wash and fold them at $3.95 per pound with unscented hypoallergenic detergent, and return them on the Monday / Wednesday / Friday Peninsula route. Text 415-200-4313.
Do you pick up towels at tech campuses in Redwood Shores and Menlo Park?
Yes. The same route covers Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Redwood City, and the Redwood Shores campus corridor along Redwood Shores Parkway. Pickup is at a loading dock, lobby, or gym door — whichever the facilities team prefers.
What days is towel pickup on the Peninsula?
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Bags out by 5am. Return is the next service day: Monday pickup returns Wednesday, Wednesday returns Friday, Friday returns Monday.
Can I get same-day or next-day towel service?
Yes. Next-day afternoon pickup and delivery is available. Same-day is available when a gym or office needs towels back the same afternoon — text 415-200-4313 and Mark will confirm whether the route can take it that day. Recurring Monday / Wednesday / Friday is the usual campus rhythm; extra pickups are on-demand.
Is the detergent unscented and hypoallergenic?
Yes. Unscented, hypoallergenic detergent is the standard for wash and fold, including gym and office towels. If the building specifies a product, send it with the bags and we will use it.
How much does towel wash and fold cost?
Towels are wash and fold at $3.95 per pound — the same rate as household laundry. 15 lb minimum ($59.25). Free pickup and delivery above the $50 order minimum, which a campus gym bag typically meets.
Do you handle large volumes of gym towels?
Yes. Campus gyms and office locker rooms send bulk towels on a recurring Monday / Wednesday / Friday cadence. There is no special commercial markup. Volume is billed at $3.95 per pound.
Is this a contract or on-demand laundry service?
On-demand. There is no long contract. Most campus gyms settle into Monday / Wednesday / Friday because that is when the Peninsula truck already runs. Extra or one-off pickups are a text away.
How do I start gym or office towel service?
Text 415-200-4313 or sign up online. Mark confirms the address, door or dock instructions, and first pickup day. There is no storefront drop-off — this is pickup and delivery only.
Put the towels on the truck
Text or call Mark with the building and a preferred pickup spot. First Monday, Wednesday, or Friday is usually the next one on the calendar.
