Commercial towel cleaning is a volume problem
A house has a dozen bath towels. A campus gym, a locker room, a clinic, a salon, or a day-porter closet has a pile that rebuilds every shift. The person who feels that pile is rarely the employee using the gym. It is the facilities lead, the janitorial account manager, or the workplace team who promised the building clean towels and is now running them through a residential washer.

Gym and locker-room towels

Day-porter and restroom towels

How a facility vendor uses it
The vendor keeps the contract with the campus. Mark's is the laundry underneath it. You do not buy towels from us, and we do not replace a linen rental program that supplies its own inventory. We clean the towels the account already owns. There is no commercial markup. A gym bag is normally past the 15 lb minimum, so the practical price is $3.95 per pound plus nothing else for the stop, once the order is over $50.
The standing return is the next route day. If the locker room needs towels same day, we make it happen. If you need them now, we are there now. That stop is an added fee. Monday, Wednesday, Friday is the standing route. Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Redwood Shores, San Mateo, Hillsborough, Burlingame, Millbrae. Bags out by 5am come back the next service day. Same day, or now, we make it happen for an added fee.
San Francisco
Monday through Saturday, including Treasure Island. Standing return is the next business day. Saturday pickup comes back Tuesday morning on that rhythm. Same day, or now, we make it happen for an added fee.
Marin County
Every community, every day. Bags out by 5am are often back the same day. Need it sooner than that, we are there now, for an added fee. The plant is at 628 Lindaro St, San Rafael.
East Bay
Thursday and Saturday: Piedmont, Lafayette, and Orinda. Same $3.95 per pound. Same day or now, off those days, is an added fee.
The route days are the standing schedule. Same day, next day, or a stop that is not on the calendar is how we work around yours, for an added fee.
