Sheet cleaning for programs, not for a single bed
Commercial sheet cleaning is the linen room: corporate apartments, relocation housing, a campus that keeps a few sleep rooms, a facility vendor stocking beds for traveling staff, a production office between shoots. The sheets are washable, they are numerous, and someone has to get them back on a schedule that is not “whenever the dryer finishes.”
Mark's washes, dries, and folds washable sheets and pillowcases at $3.95 per pound in the same bags as towels. When a sheet has to come back pressed as an individual piece, the published piece price starts at $38 for a flat or fitted sheet and $12 for a pillow slip. Tell Mark which finish the program needs. A housing operator usually wants the pound rate. A photographer or a guest suite sometimes wants the pressed piece.

Corporate housing and relocation
Sets of sheets between occupants. Bag them. They come back folded, ready for the closet. Same rate as the rest of wash and fold.
Campus and facility linen rooms
The sheets a workplace keeps for nap rooms, on-site suites, or a traveling crew. The facility vendor can send them with the towels on one stop.
Short-term rentals

Comforters, duvet covers, and blankets are bedding, not pound laundry. Blankets and duvet covers start at $65, down comforters at $80, on the pricing page. Do not bag a down comforter into a wash-and-fold order and assume the per-pound rate.
Care labels win. A sheet marked dry-clean only does not go in the wash. Text a photo of the label if a set is unusual. Cotton percale and washed linen are the normal commercial bag.
Where the truck actually goes
This is a Bay Area pickup-and-delivery route, not a national linen contract. A facility company can be nationwide. The laundry plant is here.
Peninsula
Monday, Wednesday, Friday is the standing route. Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Redwood Shores, San Mateo, Hillsborough, Burlingame, Millbrae. Bags out by 5am come back the next service day. Same day, or now, we make it happen for an added fee.
San Francisco
Monday through Saturday, including Treasure Island. Standing return is the next business day. Saturday pickup comes back Tuesday morning on that rhythm. Same day, or now, we make it happen for an added fee.
Marin County
Every community, every day. Bags out by 5am are often back the same day. Need it sooner than that, we are there now, for an added fee. The plant is at 628 Lindaro St, San Rafael.
East Bay
Thursday and Saturday: Piedmont, Lafayette, and Orinda. Same $3.95 per pound. Same day or now, off those days, is an added fee.
The route days are the standing schedule. Same day, next day, or a stop that is not on the calendar is how we work around yours, for an added fee. Do you wash sheets for corporate apartments?
Yes. Sets between occupants can go out on the route day for that address: Peninsula Monday/Wednesday/Friday, San Francisco Monday through Saturday, Marin daily, East Bay Thursday and Saturday. They come back folded.
Is this the same as Airbnb laundry?
