Commercial wash and fold at Mark's is the same product as household wash and fold, pointed at a business that produces bags instead of a hamper. Washable towels, sheets, tablecloths, table skirts, napkins, and kitchen linen are washed, dried, and folded at $3.95 per pound. The 15 pound minimum is $59.25. Free pickup and delivery applies above the $50 order minimum. There is no commercial markup, no setup fee, and no monthly contract.

What belongs in commercial wash and fold

In the bag

Washable towels, sheets, pillowcases, tablecloths, table skirts, napkins, and kitchen linen. Care label must allow machine washing. Details: towels, sheets, tablecloths, skirts.

Priced as pieces

Pressed tablecloths from $35, napkins from $7.50, runners from $28, sheets from $38. Ask for this when the finish has to be a pressed piece rather than a folded stack.

Not pound laundry

Down comforters, dry-clean-only goods, leather, and suits. Bedding starts at $65. Dress shirts are $6.50. Those ride along if you want them, on the published piece list, not hidden inside the per-pound rate.

The buyer is usually not a household. It is a facility-services company, a janitorial account manager, a corporate housing operator, a caterer, or an event producer. You own the goods. Wash and fold is processing, not rental. If a program is built on rented linen that someone else owns, this is the wrong product. If the program is built on inventory the account already bought, and the missing piece is a reliable wash, this is the product.

Where the truck actually goes

Peninsula

Monday, Wednesday, Friday is the standing route. Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Redwood Shores, San Mateo, Hillsborough, Burlingame, Millbrae. Bags out by 5am come back the next service day. Same day, or now, we make it happen for an added fee.

San Francisco

Monday through Saturday, including Treasure Island. Standing return is the next business day. Saturday pickup comes back Tuesday morning on that rhythm. Same day, or now, we make it happen for an added fee.

Marin County

Every community, every day. Bags out by 5am are often back the same day. Need it sooner than that, we are there now, for an added fee. The plant is at 628 Lindaro St, San Rafael.

East Bay

Thursday and Saturday: Piedmont, Lafayette, and Orinda. Same $3.95 per pound. Same day or now, off those days, is an added fee.

The route days are the standing schedule. Same day, next day, or a stop that is not on the calendar is how we work around yours, for an added fee.
