Tablecloth cleaning for rooms that reset every day
A corporate cafeteria, a caterer, and an event producer share one fact: the tablecloths are never “done.” Tuesday’s all-hands becomes Wednesday’s lunch, and the cloths from both are in a hamper by evening. The company with the contract — often a facility vendor or a caterer, not the brand on the building — needs those cloths clean, dry, and folded before the next set.
Washable tablecloths are wash and fold at $3.95 per pound, in the same order as towels and napkins. When a cloth is finished as a pressed piece instead of by the bag, tablecloths start at $35. Napkins finished per piece start at $7.50. Table runners start at $28. The volume program is the pound rate. The pressed banquet piece is the piece rate. Say which one when you text.

You own the cloths. We do not rent replacements. Stains from food service are the normal job. A cloth that is burned, dyed, or torn comes back as it is — we are not a restoration shop.
Household dining cloths are welcome at the same prices, and they are listed under table linens on the pricing page. This page is for the operator who has more cloths than a dining room: the caterer, the workplace team, the facility account.
Peninsula route days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so a Friday pickup returns Monday on the standing schedule. If the room cannot wait, we work around it. Same day, we make it happen. If you need the cloths now, we are there now. The added fee is quoted when we confirm the pickup and the delivery. There is no long lead time, and we do not confirm a time we cannot keep.
Where the truck actually goes
This is a Bay Area pickup-and-delivery route, not a national linen contract. A facility company can be nationwide. The laundry plant is here.
Peninsula
Monday, Wednesday, Friday is the standing route. Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Redwood Shores, San Mateo, Hillsborough, Burlingame, Millbrae. Bags out by 5am come back the next service day. Same day, or now, we make it happen for an added fee.
San Francisco
Monday through Saturday, including Treasure Island. Standing return is the next business day. Saturday pickup comes back Tuesday morning on that rhythm. Same day, or now, we make it happen for an added fee.
Marin County
Every community, every day. Bags out by 5am are often back the same day. Need it sooner than that, we are there now, for an added fee. The plant is at 628 Lindaro St, San Rafael.
East Bay
Thursday and Saturday: Piedmont, Lafayette, and Orinda. Same $3.95 per pound. Same day or now, off those days, is an added fee.
The route days are the standing schedule. Same day, next day, or a stop that is not on the calendar is how we work around yours, for an added fee. Do you rent tablecloths?
No. We wash tablecloths you already own. Linen rental is a different service. If your program depends on someone else's inventory, this is not that program.
Can you handle the cloths after a corporate event?
Yes. Bag the washable cloths after load-out. On the standing Peninsula route, Friday returns Monday. San Francisco runs Monday through Saturday. Marin is daily. Do tablecloths, skirts, and napkins go together?

Will food stains come out?
Food and beverage stains are the normal job for a cafeteria or caterer. We do not promise to reverse burns, dye transfer, or damaged cloth. A ruined cloth comes back as it is.
Who is this for if a facility company already cleans the building?
