There is a schedule. Most buildings live on it. When your day does not, we work around your schedule. If you need it same day, we make it happen. If you need it now, we are there now. Whenever you need it done, we can make it happen. Working off the standing route is an added fee. The wash itself stays $3.95 per pound. Mark quotes the fee when the stop is confirmed.

The company that holds the account is the customer

Large campuses do not shop for a laundry route. They hire one firm to run the building: janitorial, day porters, the gym, the cafeteria, the all-hands. That firm then has a problem it does not advertise. The towels, the sheets, and the event linen never stop. A break-room washer cannot keep up. A hotel linen house wants a rental contract and its own goods. The operator needs a plant that washes what the account already owns, picks it up at the dock, and brings it back folded.

That operator is the buyer for this page. Marsden Services (marsden.com) is the clearest public example of the type. Marsden's own site describes a privately owned facility-services company started by Skip Marsden in 1952 in Saint Paul, Minnesota, as a commercial janitorial firm. In 2026 they publish five service lines — janitorial, security, mechanical, emergency response, and integrated facility services — and figures of 80+ offices, 10,500+ employees, and about 15 million service hours a year. Their published special services include event setup and cleanup, and their janitorial list includes kitchen and break-room cleaning. They do not publish a Bay Area laundry plant. The same gap shows up at other firms that win this kind of work: ABM, Flagship Facility Services, UG2, Able Services, regional janitorial companies, food-service operators in the Aramark or Sodexo pattern, corporate caterers, and event producers. What goes in the bag

You keep the account. We are the plant.

The facility vendor stays the face of the campus. Mark's does not need to be introduced to the end client, does not put a driver in a lobby without instructions, and does not publish the account. Pickup is wherever the facilities lead says: loading dock, gym door, cafeteria, or a cage in the garage. Billing is the published rate. There is no commercial markup and no long contract. Most accounts settle onto the route that already runs — Monday / Wednesday / Friday on the Peninsula, Monday through Saturday in San Francisco, daily in Marin, Thursday / Saturday in Piedmont, Lafayette, and Orinda.

We do not rent linen. If the program needs rented goods, a linen house is the other kind of vendor. If the program needs the account's own towels and cloths washed, folded, and back before the next set, that is this service.

The route days are the standing schedule. Same day, next day, or a stop that is not on the calendar is how we work around yours, for an added fee. Text or call and you get an immediate answer from Mark or the team at the plant. The pickup is confirmed and the delivery is confirmed before we are done talking. We do not make a promise we cannot keep.

Price
