Event linen is a calendar, not a closet
Corporate events, product launches, cafeterias, galas, and the rooms a facility vendor resets all week produce more table linen than a house produces in a year. The cloths, skirts, and napkins are owned by the caterer, the venue, or the company that holds the building contract. They have to be clean again before the next call time. A linen rental house solves this by owning the goods and leasing them. Mark's solves it by washing yours.

Tablecloths
Banquet rectangles, rounds, cocktail tops, and cafeteria cloths. Full notes on tablecloth cleaning. Food stains are expected. Burns and dye are not something we reverse.
Table skirts
Pleated skirts for stages, registration, and rounds. Folded for the setup crew. Not bed skirts. Table skirt cleaning.
Napkins and runners
Cloth napkins in the wash-and-fold bag at $3.95 per pound, or finished per piece from $7.50. Runners from $28 when finished as pieces. There is no separate napkin plant. They ride with the cloths.
The companies that feel this most are the ones already serving a large account: facility firms in the Marsden Services pattern (janitorial plus event setup), corporate caterers, and event producers. Marsden's public service list includes event setup and cleanup. The wash after that setup is the open job, and it is local. Mark's does not claim those firms as clients. If you are one of them in the Bay Area, the pickup is a text.
The standing schedule is real: Peninsula Monday / Wednesday / Friday, so Friday load-out returns Monday; San Francisco Monday through Saturday; Marin daily. That is the schedule we work around. Same day, we make it happen. If you need the linen now, we are there now. The added fee is quoted when Mark or the team at the plant confirms the pickup and the delivery. There is no long lead time and no unanswered text. A load bigger than a normal stop belongs on that same call so the truck is planned. We do not make a promise we cannot keep.
Where the truck actually goes
This is a Bay Area pickup-and-delivery route, not a national linen contract. A facility company can be nationwide. The laundry plant is here.
Peninsula
Monday, Wednesday, Friday is the standing route. Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Redwood Shores, San Mateo, Hillsborough, Burlingame, Millbrae. Bags out by 5am come back the next service day. Same day, or now, we make it happen for an added fee.
San Francisco
Monday through Saturday, including Treasure Island. Standing return is the next business day. Saturday pickup comes back Tuesday morning on that rhythm. Same day, or now, we make it happen for an added fee.
Marin County
Every community, every day. Bags out by 5am are often back the same day. Need it sooner than that, we are there now, for an added fee. The plant is at 628 Lindaro St, San Rafael.
East Bay
Thursday and Saturday: Piedmont, Lafayette, and Orinda. Same $3.95 per pound. Same day or now, off those days, is an added fee.
The route days are the standing schedule. Same day, next day, or a stop that is not on the calendar is how we work around yours, for an added fee. Text or call and you get an immediate answer from Mark or the team at the plant. The pickup is confirmed and the delivery is confirmed before we are done talking. We do not make a promise we cannot keep.

What counts as event linen?
Tablecloths, banquet table skirts, cloth napkins, table runners, and the kitchen towels that come off the same set. Sheets for a green room can ride along. See the sheet page if that is the main job.
How much does event linen laundry cost?
Washable event linen is $3.95 per pound with a 15 pound minimum. Pressed tablecloths start at $35, napkins at $7.50, runners at $28. No commercial markup on the per-pound rate. No rental fee, because we do not supply the linen.
Do you clean napkins?

Can you turn linen around between a Friday event and a Monday event?
On the standing Peninsula route, Friday pickup returns Monday. San Francisco picks up Monday through Saturday. Marin is daily. If the room cannot wait, same day we make it happen, and if you need it now, we are there now, for an added fee. Text or call 415-200-4313. We already have a facility vendor. Who should call?
The vendor, or the caterer who owns the linen. Companies in the Marsden Services pattern — janitorial and event setup under one contract — are the buyer described at https://www.markwashfold.com/b2b-laundry. We do not need to replace them. We wash what they collect.
Do you rent banquet linen?
No. Bring your own cloths, skirts, and napkins. We wash and fold them, or finish pieces at the published piece prices.
How do I schedule around a show calendar?
Text 415-200-4313 with the venue address, the load-out day, and when the linen has to be back. Mark will say which route day fits, or whether a next-day stop is possible. A load larger than a normal stop needs that text early.
How fast can you turn this around?
Same day, we make it happen. If you need it now, we are there now. The standing routes are still there: Peninsula Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; San Francisco Monday through Saturday; Marin every day; East Bay Thursday and Saturday. We work around your schedule.
